How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–15 business days to Finland and all EU countries. Shipping is free on every order. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Which band should I start with?
Start with the light band to learn each movement, then move to medium and heavy as you get stronger.
Do the fabric bands roll up or slip?
The bands are made of wide, thick fabric, so they stay in place much better than thin rubber bands during squats and bridges.
Can I wash the bands?
Yes. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and let them air dry. Don't put them in the dryer.
