1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made at nordpulse.store. By placing an order you accept these terms. We sell to consumers in the European Union.

2. Orders and contract

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock problems or suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is free. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods shown there.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk for the products passes to you when you receive the delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details and the model withdrawal form.

6. Warranty and complaints

You have the statutory rights of a consumer under EU and Finnish consumer law, including remedies for defective products. Contact us at Support@nordpulse.store if there is a problem with your order.

7. Product use

Use the products according to the safety information on the product page. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting exercise if you have an injury or a health condition.

8. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. If we cannot solve a dispute together, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, www.kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
