Shipping policy

Where we ship: All EU countries.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders.

Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take longer.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Taxes and customs: All prices include VAT. You will not have to pay any extra taxes or customs fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us at Support@nordpulse.store and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
