Non-slip fabric resistance bands in three strengths – light, medium and heavy – with a handy carry bag.
Product information

Resistance levels:

  • Light: 18–32 lbs (approx. 8–15 kg) – for beginners
  • Medium: 30–50 lbs (approx. 14–23 kg) – for intermediate level
  • Heavy: 45–70 lbs (approx. 20–32 kg) – for advanced users

Product safety
  • Check the bands for tears, frayed seams or worn spots before every use. Stop using a damaged band.
